My husband and I met Mason Wheelock on 9/11/24 , when we came to a consultation regarding Options Travel. We were disgruntled time share owners and needed help. Options Travel Group fulfills what they promise to do for customers.
Thankfully we were directed here for reviews! The first thing we read about Options Travel on the BBB was not favorable. We always thought the better business bureau was a legit and fair service provided to users for protection of the consumer. Boy were we wrong. These folks at OT have been nothing short of amazing! We understand they are not a huge company so sometimes we had to leave a message but they always got right back. Glad we took a chance! 10/10 would recommend to others! Lots of scammers out there for sure! I have to say, I was extremely skeptical, and for good reason. Ive been taken up top not only by Wyndham but, also but a 3rd party shim sham. I must say, Options Travel Group, despite my reservations, came through. Communication was amazing. Their team seriously stays on tops of things. 1st time using the program the gave me and it worked like it should. They did not bother me for a "UPDATE" (AKA SALES PRESENTATION) while at the resort either. You can put your faith in these folks. A++
Not sure why everyone is complaining about gifts. Did they promise to get me out of my timeshare, yes. Did they actually get me out of my timeshare, YES!! Pretty simple.
Carl was very helpful to me. First he answered the phone and then answered my questions. He took my email address and is having someone resend email messages I haven’t seen he is kind and considerate and has always given me the information I need Cheryl Eisele
