Thankfully we were directed here for reviews! The first thing we read about Options Travel on the BBB was not favorable. We always thought the better business bureau was a legit and fair service provided to users for protection of the consumer. Boy were we wrong. These folks at OT have been nothing short of amazing! Lots of scammers out there for sure! I have to say, I was extremely skeptical, and for good reason. Ive been taken up top not only by Wyndham but, also but a 3rd party shim sham. I must say, Options Travel Group, despite my reservations, came through. Communication was amazing. Their team seriously stays on tops of things. 1st time using the program the gave me and it worked like it should. They did not bother me for a "UPDATE" (AKA SALES PRESENTATION) while at the resort either. You can put your faith in these folks. A++
Not sure why everyone is complaining about gifts. Did they promise to get me out of my timeshare, yes. Did they actually get me out of my timeshare, YES!! Pretty simple.
