Options travel is affiliated with Leisure Travel a company that sales timeshares. This company is fraud. I have a contract with them to sale my timeshare. I paid $2, 800.00 and I still owe my timeshare. The promised to have the timeshare transferred to a new buyer with in a year and if not they would pay my maintenance fee. At first they would respond to my calls and provide an update. I have not heard from them Feb. 2020. I call and their phones are no longer in service. These people are formerly Legacy Adventures, Inc. principals who are very unethical in dealing with timeshare owners. They promise transfer, however, after our executing all proper documents, they inform us they have sold the company. The same people who worked for Legacy ripped us off with a transfer fee. I have tried contacting Leisure Getaways on numerous ocassions. Without any call back. Specifically Benjamin, i have left 4 messages for him with out any response. Also I have not been notified of this company Options Travel Group, now facilitating Leisure Getaways. A very unsatisfied, upset and disgusted consumer to say the least. On 4/11/19 after 5 hours of questioning, protestations and coercion, I signed an agreement with Leisure to exit me from my Westgate timeshare along with mandatory membership in Leisure Getaways club for $4,512. I felt remorse, read all the negative reviews and signs of a scam then canceled the AMEX card at 5am and put the charge in dispute. I sent an email later to cancel the contract.
