I sighed up with Options Travel in October of 2021 in Loma Linda California. My program was suppose to start the first of the new year 2022. The company encountered some unexpected changes that temporarily derailed the program I signed up for. My wife and I meet with Options Travel Group in March of 2018. We attended a transition summit at the Courtyard Marriott in Nashville, TN. My wife and I had 10 years earlier, purchased a timeshare from Wyndham Resorts and Blue Green Resorts. Over the last decade we were able to take some, an emphasis on some, nice vacations. lets just say, our experience did not quite meet our expectations. They promised they would get us out of our timeshare, and they did! Met with Jared F in Columbus today and he explained more about Club 365, very helpful! He even said if we had problems with it later he would be glad to work with us on a Zoom call.Â
Great way to finally stop paying maintenance fees for my timeshare. My needs had changed for travel and this has proven to be most useful for me. The people are great to work with (my contact was John Murray) to work out any hiccups when they occur. It took a several months for the transfer to occur, but it did happen. Â
I conversed with Carl P. He was most helpful in navigating me through the website and answered all of my questions. He included insight as to opportunities as well as suggestions for shortcuts and links. Carl is an asset to your organization and one who I hope to always have access to.
