Brandon Cox was extremely helpful with all my questions. He had an easy going, personable, and pleasant attitude as he answered all my questions. He made certain I was secure with how to use the system to book accommodations and gave me numbers to call for any questions or concerns I might have.
This place is a complete waste of time. Claims to be able to get you out of a timeshare, but all they do is link you up with law firm that then tells you it will take much longer than expected. Additionally, that is another fee to "transfer" your loan and yet they have no idea about anything that Options Travel discussed with me but they are supposed to be a trusted partner. I keep telling these people we dont need their services, and have not used them once for any vacation or travel. I canceled my membership after the first year, but have continued to get bills for membership. I have called, more than once, to make sure that these people understand that I do NOT need their services, nor am I a member. I cannot get them to understand that I am not a member, therefore, I should not be getting any bills
Carl did a great customer service job for us. Very attentive and answered all my questions. Even walked us through the different options with our membership. Also helped with renewing for the 1st time. Great job!!
