The technicians are pleasant and professional. I’m not happy with the co’s limited approach to rodent control. Do not want to use glue traps. That’s all that’s on offer. Was discouraged from using other traps . Also no attempt to block off possible access points for mice. Ants seem just as plentiful if not more so since first treatment. I am locked into a year contract. I trusted the name and reputation and regret this.

I’ve been waiting on Orkin to come to my home. I was told the night before they would be at my home by 12 never showed up. Said they wasn’t in the area. Then my wife and I spoke to the home office and they said the guy would be here between 10-12. Horrible customer service and unfortunately I will not be going with or recommending Orkin I try to support local businesses and it doesn’t seem they want my business. Zero starts plus not even a call to tell us they could not make it. Thanks for wasting our time Orkin
