They are very prompt for their appointments. I called for mouse control but there’s not much they do For that other than giving me traps. I’m do have a cat and a dog so they can’t use poison but they told me they could help me anyway but they really haven’t

Orkin's Tech's are always knowledgeable and polite. However, the main office is slacking on notifications of when an appointment is setup. Twice now in a row a technician has called me to say they are on their way, without prior notification
