RecommendedThey are very prompt for their appointments. I called for mouse control but there’s not much they do For that other than giving me traps. I’m do have a cat and a dog so they can’t use poison but they told me they could help me anyway but they really haven’t

RecommendedOrkin's Tech's are always knowledgeable and polite. However, the main office is slacking on notifications of when an appointment is setup. Twice now in a row a technician has called me to say they are on their way, without prior notification

RecommendedOur Orkin technician, Jesse, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Answered all my questions and took care of our issues. I just wish the office would give us a day’s notice by text or email that the technician was coming to ensure we would be home. My only notice was the phone call from the technician that he would be over in 20 minutes.
