I had a visit scheduled between 4-6pm- confirmed it twice. Then I get a text that the worker shows up at 11am- I’m not home- I call and they say no it’s a mistake nobody’s there don’t worry. But he WAS there, on my property with nobody home, decides to do the job anyway but doesn’t even do the full job promised, then charges my card. Then nobody would call me back to fix the problem despite my calling twice as soon as I got home and saw it. So I’m out three times the money of anyplace else and the job still isn’t done! We were sprayed for flea’s Tuesday and it’s now Saturday and they’re still jumping. Our cat won’t go in the living room unless up on furniture because she spots them. She’s been treated by the way. Very disappointed. I know it takes time but I see no change
not for rodents they don't do anything go to Amazon and get traps there's no help they are professional but if I was charging 200 bucks for a dozen rat traps I'd be courteous too
I have called twice since having the house sprayed Mid June. I spoke to a person each time and I have yet to have a return phone call. I had little hornets nesting on the patio furniture and on the wood deck after they sprayed.
I was pleased with Orkin when they removed the bees from my rafters as well as controlled the voles problem. I was disappointed when I asked them to spray for mosquitoes before my party. They continued to tell me that I was not on the schedule even after receiving confirmation, and I confirmed twice. After finally speaking to a manager, they finally sent someone. When he arrived, he acted like he was annoyed. He treated my lawn, and I still had mosquitoes. They gave me a discount, but I'm still not satisfied!!!
