Orlando answered our questions, even the silly ones and facilitated everything from start to finish. He watched rates with us and looked for the best deal for a month prior to our refinance. He even scheduled a notary public to visit our home with the paperwork when we found the right deal for us and needed to finish the paperwork on time.
