Excellent customer service! I appreciate the Tech explaining what needed to be done and why.
The recall service took a while due to paperwork. Additionally, the shop doesn't offer loaner vehicles which I needed for the software recall my vehicle had as I was told it could take anywhere from 1-4 hours.
