Quick and easy. Simple oil change and tire rotation. About 1.5 hours from drop off until driving out. I do wish that one of the dealerships had a quick lane style oil change option vs making an appointment but I have had good luck making my appoints about a week out and finding options to get it when I have time.
Excellent overall. Service supervisor was very professional and courteous.
I was met by someone at the front door . Service was done fast .

They inspected my vehicle I do did some break work and spark plugs and new tires and everything came out good
As always great service by Orlando VW South. Service Manager Daven and Service Advisor Mike were exceptional and address all my concerns. My vehicle was returned in a timely manner and in clean condition. Will continue to use them in future.

Not the greatest. Could have been more helpful after the sale. They chose to misdirect. Wanted to cancel an extended warranty the fowling day. Within my rights. All I could get was the finance guy is off and will have him call you. It's been over a week. I went directly to the insurer.
