It is hard to rate this service visit. I initially rated it very high, as it seemed everything was done appropriately. But a few days after the service, on Christmas Eve, I found a large puddle of oil on my driveway under my car. I called the dealer and service tech told me to have my car towed to them, but it had to arrive prior to 2:00pm as they were closing at 3:00.
