I made a mistake and failed to finalize an appointment for services. However, I was still given fast, efficient service as a walk in.
Have been using this dealership since 1998! During this time period dealership names and employees have changed but one thing remained the same. Their service! They take utmost care of their customers!!! Service advisors are professional, polite and very knowledgeable.
The dealer does a great job. I don't like that appointment are pre assigned to a specialist and I have to wait until he/she is available even when there are other specialists available to help the customers.
