It is hard to rate this service visit. I initially rated it very high, as it seemed everything was done appropriately. But a few days after the service, on Christmas Eve, I found a large puddle of oil on my driveway under my car. I called the dealer and service tech told me to have my car towed to them, but it had to arrive prior to 2:00pm as they were closing at 3:00. This was not acceptable, as I didn't find it until around 11:30 am and there wasn't enough time, being Christmas Eve, I had plans. I had it checked by a local... read more

I love my car however after my purchase I am having to run after them for the 2nd key to my vehicle which they said they would keep me up to date on.
