Verified Renter Great place to live with nice mountain views and plenty of restaurants and a grocery store you can walk to. I've lived in many apartments over the years and this is one of the best ones, especially with the friendly and quiet neighbors that I have. Recent renovation project added new cabinets, countertops and kitchen appliances which are really nice!

Management is amazing, Vaughn has been especially great, and patient with all my questions. The apartments themselves are large and beautiful! You truly can’t beat these balconies. I'm not sure if it's just my particular building/neighbors, but it's very quiet here - except for the two nights per week when live music is happening at the restaurant/bar next door. Doesn't bother me too much and my building is very close. Great and friendly staff!
