Please do not purchase houses flipped by this company. Worst sale ever. We moved in our home in April of this year and had a major plumbing problem that was caused by one of their workers. Somehow passed inspection and within two days of moving in we had to pay over $2000 in repairs. These people are sketch. Not only did they leave a door unlocked so that squatters could enter my home but they have terrible customer service and they lie on their disclosures. I bought my very first home in order to take care of my father and the whole experience has been a complete shit show. First they deny about half of my repair requests. Strike one. We understand that buying a house can be frustrating, however you completed all due diligence with a third party home inspector. None of the work we did was found to be substandard by the home inspector. None of the wiring or HVAC you experienced issues with us was installed by or changed by us, it was original to the house. They keep sending me junk mail. There is no company name on their junk mail. You call and get some lady who has better things to do than deal with people on the phone. I'm not sure why she's answering the phone if she's so put off by doing it. I told them I do not want their cards send to my house anymore. They're addressing it to my husband with our address. I worked for this company. I am still waiting for them to pay me what they owe me even after the court decision. It is the biggest collection of scammers and grifters that you will ever find in one place. Stay away from them.
Super rude agents when calling to inquire about their business, short, abrupt and couldn't give 2 minutes to be professional. Cannot imagine what would happen if I actually worked with them, but I will never know!
This company keeps sending post cards to me in Stockton that say, "Let Us Make the Sale of Your Property Fast, Simple & Stress-Free." My house is not for sale and never has been for sale since I purchased it over 30 years ago. I have called them long distance and asked them to stop sending mail to me. I have also sent the card back with notes asking them to please stop sending me mail, but that has just been a waste of my time and money. Looked at one of their homes. My realtor contacted theirs and has had no response for 2 days. The house is beautiful, a flip, but way over priced. The fact they do not respond to interest and questions is extremely unprofessional. I love the house, but I do not what to deal with a flipper who is taking advantage of and does not care about professionalism and the interest of their buyer.
HR staff is extremely unprofessional. Ive tried getting a copies of my 1099s for a month now and they have refused to help me and were very rude about it. After working with the company I can clearly see why they have such a low rating on here.
I have been getting postcards wanting to buy my house almost every day for quite some time. Since I have no intention of selling my house I figured I would try to get off the mailing list. I called and spoke with a very nice guy who said he would remove me from the list but I continue to receive postcards. :( Maybe it was already in the que when I called and hopefully it is the last one.
