These people are total shysters, they misrepresent themselves and make promises that they won't keep. They made an offer and opened escrow at the agreed upon price. Then ask me to accept a lower offer. We did accept as it was still reasonable and since we had already been involved for a couple weeks and didn't want to start over we agreed. I had spoke to someone regarding possibly selling my home. Im in a bad situation and I was looking at all options. When speaking to a lady that called I felt pressured to sell. She was trying to make plans for me to move into a apartment with 2 kids and 3 dogs! That was insane! I never said I wanted that. It was all good. Inspection was done! It's a week today before closing and Someone calls me and tells me that THEY(Osborne) got two offers and we need to extend escrow!? I thought Osborne buys the house? They said one offer fell through and the other was not enough to cover their cost. They tried to use my financial duress as a way to low ball me. They said they could close but $30,000 below offer.

This place is a scam! Never ending daily phone calls asking to buy house which is not for sale. mailing out agreement forms asking to sign house over to them for some crazy low price.

ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT ALLOWED This company made an offer on my father's house that was significantly below market value. They failed to enter escrow per the terms of the contract. After coming to do their inspection 30 days before escrow was supposed to close, they tried to reduce their offer by an additional $15k. Made a call to Osborne Homes to get an offer on my home. We are just trying to see what the offer would be and see if we could save on real estate commissions etc. After having a somewhat friendly conversation with Cristine, she said that brokers were making purchases in my area of similar homes for around $400,000.00 I looked at recent sales in my area, and found homes selling that were smaller and older than mine for around $650,000 TO $710,000.00 !!!!!
