Paula was outstanding! She ensured that I understood the process of representing me through the process with the VA. And that I was a good candidate for Outreach Legal! She did know what she was talking about and answered all of my questions completely and insured that I understood the answer without talking down, but as an equal. You have a good intake rep! You need to give her more money and keep her!!!!
