This was my first experience buying a home and didn't quite know what all would be involved in the loan process. Cynthia Lewis was very friendly and helpful. The process for the VA Loan was much easier than I expected and it went very smoothly. I was quite pleased.
Aaron went above and beyond to help us. If at any time we had questions or concerns he would answer them and explain us the answer so we fully understood. Great guy to work with and very understanding.

Cynthia is extremely responsivess to my questions or concerns, available everytime I have called regardless of what time, superior knowledge of the different types of loan products, easy to work with, extremely professional, I could go on and on, but to wrap it up, I wouldn't use anyone else. would give negative stars if I could.Kevin was not only dishonest, but also incompetent with many issues, including having to send the same requested items over and over again. OVM was the builder’s preferred lender and had I not shopped around I would have paid 1.5% higher for my interest rate. Kevin agreed to match it but when it came time to actually follow through he refused. My experience with Kent was horrible!!! I wouldn't recommend him at all! My loan was dragged out for month's & Kent knew he had no intention on getting me approved . Excuse after excuse. Overlay after overlay. The communication was horrible. It literally took weeks before Kent would respond back to emails. Worst lending experience ever! I suggest shopping around! 🤎🖤
