This lender Did not ever respond to my inquiry about the home I clicked on or applying for a mortgage loan. I personally would not recommend this loan officer.
I guess it's just as simple as that! We never even heard from him. I received a text from someone in his company, but they never texted/called after that. Can't recommend someone who doesn't take the time to follow up.

This is not the way I (we) do business and I truly cannot apologize enough. We looked into the matter and figured out what took place and where the steps were missed. We value your feedback because it continues to makes us better.
In January of 2015 we put a contract on a house that needed some work. We were told that a 203 K loan was the way to go because of the renovations that needed to be done. Cynthia Lewis was recommended to us and was told she was experienced in these type of loans. We were so wrong in going with her. Every step of the way was a struggle.
