Came to see this 2022 Prius L Eco. They marked up the price well over 8% tax (Philadelphia) on the out the door price. Over $1000 for registration? Bought my car elsewhere.

Staff were nice, finance manager doesn’t have very good people skills. Most likely would have purchased the vehicle I went to see but he wouldn’t come down from the 2k transfer fee they were charging on top of the listing price

False advertising, etc.. a dealer HAS to advertise doc fees and administrative fees included in the dealer advertising. This dealer charged me $4,000 extra than the advertisement price. When asked to explain he said $2,000 of it are sale taxes and registration fees and the other $2,000 is administrative fees. So I asked what is an administrative fee exactly? I called the dealer for 17 Lexus IS 300 ask for any hide in dealer fees for the car because I don’t want surprises when I get the dealer He can’t even give me answer shady he supposed to call me back It’s been two weeks just be careful with this guys

The representative from the dealership was friendly, and he quickly found information about the vehicle in question. My issue with the dealership is the hidden fees they add to their vehicles. I asked specifically if there were any fees besides sales tax, vehicle registration, and title transfer, and the employee ensured me that there were no other fees. Very bad expiriance, we had booked appoments and we reached same as apoments time and day and they guy sold car what we selected before 5 minutes, we argive them they said sorry, the guy who appoint to us who not here, totaly dissatisfied , and we was offered to give out credit card number for 500$ for book, they not take card and said on cal your appoments is booked , now you come to strait on your appoiments day and time and buy , and when we was reached there our appoments time and date the sold car in front of us before ... read more

Was not willing to meet me at a fair price for this vehicle in result lost a sure sale. Notice they wound up dropping the price a later on that month to what I originally offered...Oh well ! I wound up buying a newer vehicle at a reasonable price
