The test drive / route was terrible. The salesman was pushy about getting little detail (even pay stubs) before we could test drive a car.

I finally received an email 2 days after my inquiry but not until my husband sent an email questioning why there was no response. By that time the vehicle I was interested in was sold so I had no chance of buying it. I am not impressed with this dealership at all.

I'm going through a very frustrating experience with pa auto sales. I bought a car through pa auto sales about a month ago. That part went well. Rob was great. Not pushy. It would've been a 5 star. But the experience since has brought it down to one star. When buying the car - I noticed the passenger side mirror had a crack. Igor said they would take care of it in a few days. They responded very quickly however they said the truck had a mechanical problem and wouldn't be fixed any time soon! I was, and still am very interested in this truck and its still listed as available even though they have no intention of fixing it....

Excellent in talk, lacking in action. Yes, they got me approved however, I discussed with the salesman and manager that I was coming from four states away and was assured that the car was in great condition (in particular, the paint) and when I arrived the car was to be fully detailed and full of gas. I arrived to a very poorly washed car, with minor dents but badly scratched finish. To top it off, the car's mechanical condition was questionable. I bought elsewhere.

They responded promptly, but I hate that I have to go all the way to PA to see the vehicle and do paperwork to possibly get the vehicle. I am in Dothan, Alabama and I work a lot so that would be impossible. I really wanted this vehicle I searched for this particular vehicle do to seeing one at a dealership in Alabama and I fell in love with it, but they had it priced way to high. It is unfortunate that I am not able to have it.

This dealership is terrible !!! Do not go!!! Would not budge a price at all!! Lee is so money hungry! We made a deal on the phone that I would get the car with an agreement on price calls me the night before and tells me that's not the deal when I already sold my car!!!

We try to make every deal work, but by the end of the day customer needs to understand his credit situation also.
