Horrible customer service!! I was not told about a small but important part the car needed when I purchased it. They passed my car through inspection without the turn signal working or connected! I was told on 2 different occasions the work would be done in a day and they kept the car overnight without even giving me a courtesy call to let me know. When I called to ask about the car both of the dealers I spoke with blamed someone else (conveniently) for not notifying me.

Terrible. I went online put in my information. I got no response. I waited 2 days and then called and left 2 messages. The guy Mr.V called back and said to text him about the vehicle I was trading in. No response. Its been 4 days.

I received a call very quickly to tell me that due to the COVID-19 restrictions they were unable to work with me at that time. I am still interested in the vehicle and am awaiting a call back asap.

The very first and the last time i went to the dealership. After spending there 3 hours between running from the desk to the back office to the manager, because he wanted to talk to me and couldn't come out, i was not approved for a 10k car loan. I was putting 6k down. When they asked if i can do more, i added another 2k and still was not approved. The car i wanted was in the middle of the parking lot and nobody even offered to test drive it. I also drove over a hour and constant contact with them...only to hear car was sold... still listed on CarGurus

Thier online listing is a total falicy. The VW I looked at was wrecked both front and back. Everyone in sales always says I did not know that. The car still had tape on the fog lights from the paint shop

We were interested in a rx awd however the salesman did not take it for a test drive as he stated that he is not paid for test drives So we left after that

They want way too much down. My credit isn't in perfect, but it isn't terrible either. No way am I going to put down almost half the sales price on a car with my average credit. I can see why most of their cars sit on their lot for months.
