spoke with Igor and he sent me to Cheech. Made appt, drove almost 2 hours in a horrific storm on 95 outside Phl. I was told to drive to were they store the cars to look at and drive met 4 different service people. They handed me the plate and keys, After I was asked to go to the dealership and Cheech said he would meet me outside. That did not happen. I found him. Horrible customer service!! I was not told about a small but important part the car needed when I purchased it. They passed my car through inspection without the turn signal working or connected! I was told on 2 different occasions the work would be done in a day and they kept the car overnight without even giving me a courtesy call to let me know. When I called to ask about the car both of the dealers I spoke with blamed someone else (conveniently) for not notifying me.

Terrible. I went online put in my information. I got no response. I waited 2 days and then called and left 2 messages. The guy Mr.V called back and said to text him about the vehicle I was trading in. No response. Its been 4 days.

The very first and the last time i went to the dealership. After spending there 3 hours between running from the desk to the back office to the manager, because he wanted to talk to me and couldn't come out, i was not approved for a 10k car loan. Thier online listing is a total falicy. The VW I looked at was wrecked both front and back. Everyone in sales always says I did not know that. The car still had tape on the fog lights from the paint shop
