We were interested in a rx awd however the salesman did not take it for a test drive as he stated that he is not paid for test drives So we left after that

They want way too much down. My credit isn't in perfect, but it isn't terrible either. No way am I going to put down almost half the sales price on a car with my average credit. I can see why most of their cars sit on their lot for months.

Salesman played around name micheal nick name cheech or last name. He gave me the run around telling me to hurry up and buy because their were other interested parties playing both of us against the middle instead of being straight forward. He even went as far as to let me put the vehicle on my insurance than when I went to purchase he said it was to late they sold it to the other party. How Unprofessional

I am just coming from that dealership, and i dont know how the rest of sales representatives are in that dealership but the one that i were assigned had lot of attitude problems, i was not able to handle it and left within 5 minutes without even seeing the car. I must say that this was worst experience i have ever had. Would not recommend this dealership to spend your hard earned money.

Very professional guy I would give 5 stars but the sales man wouldn’t give me & my wife time alone for very long to talk He just kept insisting how clean the car is witch was fine but the convertible top was sketchy & inconsistent but not his fault

Rob, the sales person I dealt with was very good in helping to answering question I had about the car, the only negitive I found was I was not given a copy of the paperwork I signed if this was an oversight please make sure I get it for my records.

They emailed me confirming the vehicle was available on Friday. I replied and informed them I will be there Saturday morning and to give me a heads up if it's sold before I leave. And guess what...I was told it sold the night before and I wasn't even told (like I kindly asked). I was disgusted!
