My relative isn't thrilled with the food and dining room service at this time. Staff is awesome...everything from reception to health coordinator, housekeeping, etc. Plus I notice they are able to handle "difficult" tenants professionally and with compassion. Its a hard job, but they do it well. Also I like being able to pay the bill through their website.

Strengths: very communicative to families ongoing. Really partner once a resident. Everyone is super friendly and you feel like they care. Seem to work they don't know what to ask. Also the Dining schedules are too early for my family member resident. Dinner starts at 445 and ends by 630. Too early to e

[name removed] mother and I have had a difficult time finding someone in the business office to address our financial concerns. The room size is great. [name removed] is quite comfortable. [name removed] is really happy to be there. She enjoys going to eat meals with others and visiting with them.

I went to take a tour and everyone was so nice and friendly. Love restaurant style dinning, the outings, the movie theater and activities available. I can not wait to move in. My family and I are very excited. If you looking for assisted living or memory care you should check out Pacifica Senior Living.

The office staff was great. The rooms are very nice. My dad had a room overlooking the inside courtyard we enjoyed the birds. Getting meds arranged was a bit challenging because they were moving to a new system but the staff was on top of it the whole time.

My 91 yo mother had a stroke and has been a resident of a SNF for the past 100 days. We have applied for ALW and are now waiting for an opening so I have been searching for a facility that can take good care of her. I met with Carline the sales director and she took me on a very nice tour of the facility. This place is very impressive! I'm amazed that the staff are so accommodating with residents, and that the staff seems to know each individual, which room they're in, and which meds they need, etc. I know serving seniors makes it difficult, little things like sprigs of parsley would help visual appeal. That would help both hot meals and to-go selections. I think I need to upgrade my response to Activities. There are more parties, games, etc than I remembered. Seemed the friendliest staff, cleanest, large enough room and not dingy looking. I picked this community because that it is where I'd want my loved one.
