[name removed] was great! She showed us the facilities, answered all our questions, and gave us much information. the residents we met were all very friendly, as was the lady at the front desk. The campus is exceptionally well kept, the gated community offers security, and I love it! Looking forward to spending time there. Thank you

Beautiful facility on beautiful grounds. The facility is clean, very roomy, with many activities available to the residents. Shannon was exceptional: clear, patient, professional, and welcoming. The studio our friend will live in, while not large, has a window, view, lots of light, and has a private bathroom.

Oakland Heights is a hidden gem in Oakland,CA. They provide assisted care for seniors and the staff is great.

A place for Mom really opened up our eyes to other options that were out there. We couldn't be more happy with where our mom ended up. It was a great find at a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate all the help from a place for Mom. I would recommend your service to other people. Not sure if I have anything to add about Oakland heights outside of so far we're very impressed and we like it

I recently toured Oakland Heights Senior Living while exploring memory care options for my mom. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. One of the highlights for me was the spacious, open patio area dedicated to the memory care residents. It felt secure while still providing a pleasant outdoor space where residents could enjoy fresh air and move around comfortably.
