No communication. Failure to do their job. They are more concerned with blasting customers with emails than providing care. The lack of professionalism and success at disorganization is appalling.
Clinic staff and cleanliness = all the negative stars possible!!!! . the only redeeming thing about this clinic is Dr. Johnson (and the vet tech Louise was nice) and I can only vouch for her for a simple dew claw cut above the quick and cauterizing. The rest was a TOTAL nightmare. This facility is full of incompetent and negligent imbeciles. My wife and I took our standard poodle for his first vet visit. Staff was NOT friendly towards us nor were they welcoming. Every vet I've been to gushes over a new puppy. This staff did not. One of the vet techs kept referring to our puppy as a she, even after I used male pronouns REPEATEDLY. I trusted the health of my dogs to Palm Glen Animal Hospital since moving to Glendale AZ in 2013. In March of this year I brought my dogs in for health checks and blood work because I was moving out of state. At that time I asked for copies of my records to be emailed to me; I received a copy of my bill. I called again and explained that I was moving to Mississippi only to get a chuckle.
