My Dog was diagnosed with Valley Fever from the Animal Shelter I adopted her from. Thus taking Meds for her condition. Over a Month later after I had her I took her to Palm Glen for a routine check up, including blood work and Radio Graphs. My Dog did not have Valley Fever. The persistent coughing was a secondary lung infection at which she is taking Amoxi/Clavulanic. This med is working. I appreciate the phone calls and care she has received from Dr. Johnson and the staff.

If I could give a zero I would. Lack professionalism and the manager gives attitude, interrupts, and blows you off. That being said,. Customer service is ridiculously horrible. If you ever have a problem with them they will not listen to you and they will try to back themselves up before seven saying sorry. The manager Laurie gives you attitude and try's to blow off the conversation. Also if the receptionists ever say they will leave a note for you for the doctor or manager they will not. I called 4 different times to get my... read more

Wow that doctor Tomgray does do well in explaining the procedure that she can do for my dogs acl. People answer the phone right away and they have a very swift but thorough process. I left there informed and not wasting a quarter of my day

Horrible experience! They were extremely rude to me and my husband. They handled my service dog roughly. Throwing a rope around her neck and dragging her inside. She has done this all before, no problem. Before we even left to go to the vet, she was given stuff to calm down and I messed with each one of her paws for 5 minutes, no problem. But Chloe was in there maybe 10 minutes, AT THE MOST! And they drag her back out and throw her to me claiming she had to be held down and muzzled that she bit someone and was aggressive. Wh... read more

Their staff is in dire need of retraining. The communication between staff and their clients is atrocious.

horrible service. took my sugar glide in to have nails trimmed, they did not trim all of his nails and charged me double what they told me on the phone. very disappointed. my sugar glider is also limping now. I'm going to have an actual vet look at him and then consider taking legal action

They tested my dog for valley fever and lost the the sample. I called 3 times for results to be told they had not received them. After 2nd test perfomed no valley fever and they never offered to do xrays. Poor dog has been limping for a month.
