Our project was directed by Kevin who did an excellent job. The crew was punctual and worked hard. Kevin was responsive to our questions and offered suggestions and excellent advice on landscaping. Several areas of the front yard did not germinate and grow grass as we anticipated. Even though we had paid for the project, Kevin had a crew return with more topsoil and they reseeded the front yard and even areas of the back yard at no additional cost. My front yard seemed to be washing away with every day that it rained. I knew I needed a retention wall. I already had stone on my front porch and wanted the stone on the new wall to match. Jason Birch came out for the estimate and was very detailed in his explanation of what would be done. They got to work quickly and had the wall up in four days. Paragon did an excellent job. The worked with us on every detail. They were clean, professional and never added any hidden cost. The also worked with us on additional work and cut the price quite a bit to put in extra to make the effort complete. I was a bit picky about what I wanted and Jonathan Reed (co-owner) always came back with new drawings to meet my needs. He and the entire team were excellent. We live on a golf course and if we are in the backyard we always get great compliments from golfers passing by.

When I contacted Paragon, I got a prompt response from Jonathan who came that week to discuss my ideas. I knew I didn't want the work done until the fall, so Jonathan put a plan and quote together knowing the work wasn't an immediate need. When fall came I again contacted Jonathan who stopped by to review the plans once more before beginning work. Jason arrived on time for the scheduled consultation. He was extremely friendly, professional, and listened to our desires and tastes; he also offered great suggestions. He developed a plan for our entire property, but we decided to break the project down into phases, which seemed to be an easy accommodation. E-MAIL COMPANY LAST WEEKEND OF AUGUST REPSONDED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY MET ONSITE ON 9/07 RECEIVED PROPOSAL AND WORK STARTED 9/17 COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS. JASON WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. PRESENTED GOOD IDEAS. INSTALLATION WENT WELL.

Jason was very responsive and prompt with meeting with us and responding to our concerns. They estimated 5-6 days and completed in 3 days. We love the space created. I had to give a B for professionalism as they did not clean our driveway after finishing work on 8/11, we have mud tire tracks left by the trucks. Anyways, i expect a professional company like Paragon to clean up after themselves!!!
