I loved the design ($150). To seed and add topsoil in Sept 2012, it was $1850 for approx 1/4 acre lot. My lawn is absolutely gorgeous. A new home was being built beside me, so we planted shrubs/trees on one side of the house in Nov 2012 ($3575) and the other side in Apr 2013 ($4150). Also in the Apr cost was the installation of an above-ground drip system. A few plants died and Paragon promptly came out and replaced them. Purchased on deal through Angie's special deals and Paragon could not have a time that was convenient for us to meet with him. We ended up asking for a refund.

Service started out well, but got progressively worse over time. My service was shifted to Monday, so by the weekend when you realy use your yard,it really needed cutting. PLM also cut my yard several times when it was wet leaving patchy area and deep tire marks in the yard. It was the last straw when PLM wanted to increase the rate on the heels of declining quality service. Should have posted this feedback earlier.

From the beginning, the installation did not go well. Several plantings were supposed to screen a 5 foot high retaining wall that Paragon had built on my property. The size of the plantings did not come close to screening the wall. I voiced my displeasure to Jason, and was reprimanded that he didn't appreciate the fact that I called him on a Saturday telling him that the plantings were unacceptable and that I would take immediate action if the plantings were not replaced. Went extremely well initially. Company rep was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He put together a fine plan that we liked that included some correction to a serious drainage problem that would have been a relatively small percentage of the overall job. No problems so far. However we decided to correct drainage problem first since it was pretty bad, and do plant installation later to try to avoid hottest part of summer and thus give plants better chance of making it (and thus protecting our investment), co... read more

We are not able or designed to do small project type work like that and by policy do not in order to best serve our overall customer base.
