I contacted Jason at Paragon who came to discuss and review our project and listened to our challenges and wish list. He created a wonderful plan and worked with us for weeks as we refined the plans and made changes. His process was so organized and he encouraged us to take as much time as we needed to be happy with the final design. Because Paragon had such a good rating on Angie's List, I called to get an estimate on reworking my back yard. I wanted someone with design experience to give me a new plan. Jason Birch came out, sent me a sketch of his ideas and followed up with me by e mail. Although it tooks several weeks to get 3 estimates, he stayed in touch. Went very well overall and would highly recommend this company due to the quality of their work along with good communication between company and customer. We completely revamped our front yard with landscaping, pergola, patio/walkway and plantings. Paragon was very professional. They were right on time and very helpful with their advice on a drainage issue. I also use them for regular lawn and garden maintenance. The yard's appearance has improved greatly just after two visits.

The process for determing what to build and the plants to place was all worked out in detailed estimates. We had a very tight budget so we went through several iterations with Jason. He was willing to work with us to get a finished product that would work within the budget. We made the seating wall smaller and the patio larger.
