When I went to go see these apartments the staff that works there is really nice Sam is awesome and all of the other staff they treated me so nice answered all the questions that I had to ask so I think I am going to be happy staying here To the CEO at this location you have some good staff.

Madison Park Butterfield
I have been in these apartments for about 1.5 years. It's a good place to be in. The maintenance staff is very responsive and will fix the problems immediately. I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment was a reasonable price for the size. My partner and I lived in a garden level. We had a few problems: lots of spiders but that is common with lower level apartments and at one point our apartment did flood a little due to the pump not working in the laundry room. We did not get bad damage though since we were at the end of the hall. The complex sprayed for spiders and also cleaned up the water so I was hard to complain. The water was always hot, carpet clean and good laundry rooms.
The apartment was a reasonable price for the size. My partner and I lived in a garden level. 1) Helpful staffs.
2) This location is good for nearby shopping malls and nearby office locationsin vernon hills/lincolnshire.
Cons:

1) The apartment is not properly planned when built. Bathroom is the most spacious where as kitchen is smallest one.
2) During winter, heat is always on in the building passage and that is uncontrollable. It causes uncontrollable heat in the apartment too.
3) The carpet in building entrance is too shabby.
4) Not value for money.

The staff is extremely courteous and goes out of their way to make sure the residents are happy. The maintenance staff does a great job keeping the grounds clean and pleasant. The suite is spacious and in great condition.
