The leasing staff are extremely responsive and are willing to work to accommodate with your move-in and move-out schedule. The area is extremely safe, with ample parking. The grounds, facilities, and amenities are very well maintained. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for students with varying schedules!

Verified Renter In the last 6 years I have been living at Park Butterfield apartments I can share that it has been a great experience. I found good people as neighboors and some became good friends. The community is in general quiet and respectful, plenty of space to park even for visitors and guests. Pool size is great for kids here and adults too. I would never regret to stay this longer, some friends have even more than 10 years of living here.

Verified Renter The staff here is very friendly, they make everyone feel so welcomed. Park Butterfield has great maintenance, they are kid friendly and dog friendly, in the summertime they have a pool for everybody to come relax/ theater room, where they usually have events for the families. It feels nice to be so convenient to every store ,and the mall is five minutes away . I have been living here for going on about 3 years and I am proud that my family can call it home.
