Welcome Home Park Butterfield Apartments is a wonder place to call home. I have been living here just over 2 years. The staff and maintenance team are very caring and courteous to residents. The location is close to many shops, golf courses, parks, and the train station.

Verified Renter My experience with the staff from application to move in was simply superb. My walk through was breathtaking and I was just about in tears downsizing from a house to a studio was scary for me. My studio is spacious and glamorous.I love it.

Madison Park Butterfield Pros: 1) Excellent Front office and Maintenance folks - They work 24/7 in case of any emergency 2) This location is good for nearby shopping malls and nearby office locations in vernon hills/lincolnshire Cons: 1) The apartment is not well planned. Bathroom's are spacious where as kitchen is small 2) No camera's in the apartment, making it a little insecure
