Amazing - Best Apartment Ever I was in a pinch and needed a place ASAP and I am so glad I came here! Taylor the manager is so nice and understanding. She will work with you to make sure everything gets worked out. The apartments they show you are as is where a lot of places bait and switch you. Rent is reasonable, parking is reasonable. The only thing I would say is if you have the unit right off the stairs, be prepared for people to be rude and just slam the door non stop all day and night. I feel safe and secured here.

Welcome Home Park Butterfield Apartments is a wonder place to call home. I have been living here just over 2 years. The staff and maintenance team are very caring and courteous to residents. The location is close to many shops, golf courses, parks, and the train station.
