Verified Renter Park Butterfield Apts is a nice place to live the apartments are nice and so is management,they listen to your situations and will work with you. Maintenance is good at getting the repairs done, and theres a swimming pool and workout room
Verified Renter I have been staying in this community for last 5 years and overall a good experience .. the staff have been kind and the maintenance is good .. good school district, close to public library, park district and public park with lots of activities for kids.

In addition, the Office Staff was always extremely helpful and made my stay at Park Butterfield quite an experience ~ I would definitely recommend Park Butterfield, as well as request another lease if I am in need of one.
