Verified Renter Park Butterfield Apts is a nice place to live the apartments are nice and so is management,they listen to your situations and will work with you. Maintenance is good at getting the repairs done, and theres a swimming pool and workout room

In addition, the Office Staff was always extremely helpful and made my stay at Park Butterfield quite an experience ~ I would definitely recommend Park Butterfield, as well as request another lease if I am in need of one. Verified Renter Maintenance responds so quickly and I see them driving the golf carts around the property everyday checking on the garbage areas and grounds to be sure its as safe and clean as possible. Love it here- going on year two as a resident.
