Verified Renter Just moved in.So far very impressed. As i was moving in Head maintenance guy came by to fix running toilet, just a flange. The next day i was moving stuff out of my truck and a gentleman came up to me and introduced himself as Bill property manager, and shook my hand and said if i needed anything please call. Great options for students Park Butterfield has amazing leasing options for students. The leasing staff are extremely responsive and are willing to work to accommodate with your move-in and move-out schedule. The area is extremely safe, with ample parking. The grounds, facilities, and amenities are very well maintained. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for students with varying schedules!

Verified Renter Aside from cosmetic maintenance which requires attention, Park Butterfield is a nice community with excellent, attentive office staff. Quiet building. Proximity to stores and restaurants is ideal.
