Great options for students Park Butterfield has amazing leasing options for students. The leasing staff are extremely responsive and are willing to work to accommodate with your move-in and move-out schedule. The area is extremely safe, with ample parking. The grounds, facilities, and amenities are very well maintained. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for students with varying schedules!

Verified Renter Aside from cosmetic maintenance which requires attention, Park Butterfield is a nice community with excellent, attentive office staff. Quiet building. Proximity to stores and restaurants is ideal.

Verified Renter In the last 6 years I have been living at Park Butterfield apartments I can share that it has been a great experience. I found good people as neighboors and some became good friends. The community is in general quiet and respectful, plenty of space to park even for visitors and guests. Pool size is great for kids here and adults too. I would never regret to stay this longer, some friends have even more than 10 years of living here.
