Verified Renter The apartments are so roomy, 2 bedroom 2 full bath. Both rooms are huge, I barely hear my neighbors or even the kids playing video games in the next room. I love the laundry application I don't have to waste time walking to the laundry room and checking if they are available. I can pay for it with my debit card don't need to fill a card. The text messages when I get a package in the mail room no stealing packages here. My kids and I love it!

Verified Renter Park Butterfield is a nice place to live. The grounds are kept clean and the maintenance staff is great and friendly. I have no complaints about living here.

Verified Renter Park Butterfield Apts is a nice place to live the apartments are nice and so is management,they listen to your situations and will work with you. Maintenance is good at getting the repairs done, and theres a swimming pool and workout room
Verified Renter I have been staying in this community for last 5 years and overall a good experience .. the staff have been kind and the maintenance is good .. good school district, close to public library, park district and public park with lots of activities for kids.
Verified Renter The experience at Park Butterfield was one in which the neighbors pretty much kept to themselves ~~ never had an issue. In addition, the Office Staff was always extremely helpful and made my stay at Park Butterfield quite an experience ~ I would definitely recommend Park Butterfield, as well as request another lease if I am in need of one.
