It seemed like the wait time for a shuttle was much longer than diamond. This was on both the departure and return.

It was a seamless process- no waiting for a ride. We purchased the "VIP" parking area, so we were the last picked up and the first dropped off. It felt more convenient to me than using the actual airport long-term parking! Even though we did not use the added services, I thought that was very convenient to get your oil changed or the car detailed while out of town.

It was super easy to get to the airport and picked up. The drivers were great. Had no problems at all.

Doesn't save that much over the airport's parking. But they were user friendly.

We've always had a positive experience with Park'n Jet. Their staff is very friendly and go out of their way to accomodate their patrons. We've tried other competitors, nothing compares with Park'n Jet.
