I was disappointed in the shuttle service. We waited outside the terminal as 3 diamond rental vans cam and left before the Park and Jet shuttle arrived. I was in Tyne middle of talking to the agent to complain when the shuttle arrived. It was over 30 mins waiting time.

I had a four day trip. I bought the coupon that was three days for $9. I was floored that my last day of parking cost more than three days. Getting charged an hourly rate is more expensive than a day rate. That's sooooo wrong. I've parked at the airport before and thought I'd save money. Turns out airport parking is cheaper. Why would I take the extra time to go to Park'n Jet with shuttles, wait time, etc. when I can just go directly to the airport?

The coupon was honored without any hassle. You may want to remind customers that there is always an added tax that is not incoluded in the coupon.

They were really nice they loaded all of my luggage for me, and dropped me off right in front of my car. It was excellent.

Ony Thing to Remember....You have to tell the cashier you are using the Groupon and say economy parking when you enter otherwise you are charged the full price for each day. Happened to my son and several people at work. Lesson Learned!
