There is a little disorganization in the parking place. I like the driver, and he was very nice.

They never give me the free car wash listed on the groupon. I have always arrived really late so i have never wanted to deal with asking about it though. So you might just have to ask.

One of the few easy things to deal with when flying. Quick shuttle to and from airport. All employees I talked to were very helpful. It only took a few minutes to get my car started after I stupidly left the dome light on. No more parking at the airport for me!

With the groupon, this was still more expensive than Diamond Parking, and the service was not really any better- waits to be picked up were long twice. The clerks refused to honor the 7.95/day rate for the "MVP" program when I parked more than 3 days.

The shuttle services works really well! The people are friendly! It's easy and cheap!

Pick up is unorganized, Groupon is considered economy (cheap) and treated as such. Last one on the bus (long wait outside in the cold while snowing, driver passed me up and I had to run to other side of parking lot to get picked up).

It's cheaper than the airport parking and they are very fast in transferring you to the airport.
