They were great! Shuttle picked me up right at my car, the driver actually carried my suitcase from my car to the rack and then back again. I'll definitely park there again!

there was nothing wrong with the service but it doesn't save me any time to go to that lot. My home is close to the highway and the lot is a little out of the way for me.

We got the economy parking, but they pick you up at your car so it didn't matter that it was a little further away from the entrance. The shuttle drivers were very curteous and put our luggage on the shuttle and took it out for us at the airport. When we returned from our trip, we were given free bottled water and a token for a free car wash. There is also an option to get an oil change while you're on your trip. We will definitely go back!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were prompt and the shuttles weren't crowded. I would use them again.
