Even though our flight got in at 1am, they came right over to pick us up and were cheerful!

Park n Jet staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The person who checked us in when we arrived became angry with us because we didn't make a reservation to park our car there. He was condescending, impatient and seemed put out that we even came there. We will never use their company again.

Park n Jet is charging $8.?? per day..that is outrageous compared to Diamond parking who is just down the road from them. one location is 5.50 the other is 6.?? Service is good at both places and the time difference may be 2 minutes more to the airport!

I needed to stay for three days and online was told it would cost $35. Great, the groupon is for $30. When I got there I was told there was a remaining balance of almost $20. The guy was nice enough and understood that was unfair and changed the rate for me. Then on my return I waited for 45 min after calling for my ride. I think they were overwhelmed by all the people using coupons. It may not be fair to rate them poorly when they were obviously inundated. But I have no interest in giving them a try again.

We are Park'n Jet "junkies" and have always been happy with them when we travel. We like being away from the airport.

Oversize vehicle charge should have been stated on groupon site. We were charged a lot to park a full size van. Made the discount from groupon not such a great deal after paying extra.

My experience was greatly influenced by the first Park n Jet staff I met. The guy checking cars in on Tuesday morning was very slow. When I asked how long it took, he got very abrupt and announced, "It's not my problem you didn't come here early enough. That's your problem." The lack of customer service, not even a "good morning"...really made a difference. The driver was very efficient, although again...no greeting.
