We landed as a snowstorm hit. Park n Jet had our car started, warmed up and the snow off the windshield for us upon arrival at their lot. What a nice surprise at midnight, when we were tired and cold!

unorganized when attempting to use Groupon. Driver left bags on the bus for me to unload myself upon our return. Once the driver received his tip he left, and went to the office.

I do not believe charging me $21 for one extra day, when i paid $18 for 3 days on the Groupon deal was fair. I could have parked closer to the airport for that price. Very unhappy.

When we arrived, we were informed that we needed to have a reservation. I pointed out that the Groupon did not state that we needed to make a reservation. The attendant would said that it didn't matter and I would need to pay full price and took my Groupon anyway. We were running late for our plane and asked for it back and said I would be calling Groupon about the service and we would go elsewhere. Groupon was not as good as current online rate. Very polite. Picked us up in 5 minutes and had car waiting. Five minutes further away than some options, but good rate and great service.

I just wasn't that impressed with their facilities, their service, and the people who worked there.

The lot is a little out of the way and the shuttles seem to take a little longer. We would go back if we had a cheap coupon, like this groupon deal.
