Return shuttle service was ridiculously slow!!! Saw shuttles from other companies making multiple runs while I waited for mine :(

The lot is farther from the airport than other lots. I would price shop without a Groupon.

We purchased two groupons for Park and Jet. We travel frequently and thought they seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately our experience did not go very well. We were not met at our vehicle and in fact had to go in to be helped. We were charged an additonal 21.00 for an extra day of parking, making the cost more than 100% of what we paid for the 3 day groupon. The shuttle driver made us wait on the bus while he made himself a coffee, which gave my wife enough time to decide that the charge was more than fair. We went back in... read more

People are so unfriendly, with all the parking choices, why not go somewhere where people are nice to you

Cheaper and less hassle to just park at long term parking at the airport.

The customer service employees were very pleasant and wiling to help with any questions we had. I loved the service. I will definitly leave my car there when I have a need to fly again.

I always find it difficult to contact Park and Jet when I need a ride back from tha airport. Either the courtesy phones aren't all working or it's hard to hear on a cell phone. I tried three or four times tonight and never got through. Luckily there was a courtesy van going through that we were able to flag down.
