SUPER RESPONSIVE! I noticed that the globe on top of the street light, opposite our apartment, was loose, tilted and shifting with the wind. It appeared as though it might eventually fall and possibly damage a parked car. Park Place maintenance folks took care of it within a few hours of my turning in a maintenance request. Can't ask for better than that!!!
