BIG FRAUD. They make you think they're system is full proof but it's worthless. They took my money after telling me great stories about the product but in fact, it's worthless. They wouldn't return the money! Be aware and stay away.

I'm skeptical of theses reviews. Many appear to be employee or family generated as opposed to valid agent reviews. As an actual agent who spent $4000 on my hypermarket, I was sold a bill of goods. This was NOT a good allocation of my marketing budget. Without considerable time and effort on the agents part to secure, edit, and upload content, Parkbench is simply a Groupon and All Events feed of flat content to your website with misguided and irrelevant posts to social media platforms. My wife was super excited to join Parkbench in the Panama City Beach market. Then Hurricane Michael hit before she even had a chance to do anything with the website. They refused to issue a full refund regardless of the fact our family business now requires completely different career path than real estate now. I would never recommend a company whose ethic code is this low.

I signed up for Parkbench after almost a year in property management as I worked on my real estate license in the Panama City Beach, Fl. market. With a background in journalism and sales, it would be a great fit. A couple weeks later Hurricane Michael hit.
