I just wanted to publicly thank Shion Adams for taking the time (and showing a great deal of patience) to walk me through different ways to enhance my experience working inside Parkbench. Everyone learns differently. I spoke with Jesse for the first time today. She was not only informative, but her friendly attitude made it very easy to ask questions...and yes, she did have the answers!!! Looking forward to working with her again soon.
Just started working with Jesse ... extremely helpful, anticipates what I need. Being involved with Parkbench is just one of the many things I have to do, and I don't feel overwhelmed because help is so nearby. David was great also, didn't feel that I was being over sold. Also, having fun doing the videos and really making a connection with others working in my community.
Jesse Olson was wonderful! She really knows her stuff...and trust me I don't! She walked me through the introductory steps and set it up for me to have my next course instruction for the next day! Great service with a great attitude1

Our Team joined Parkbench just over a month ago, and we are very happy with the process, company and our coach, Jessie Olsen. She does a wonderful job following up with us on goals, questions, and edits we need for our community page. Jessie is so positive and encouraging! Parkbench is helping our team gain more local contacts as well as stregthening current relationships with business owners.
