First off I want to say as a real estate agent I have tried many different programs but I must say this one is my all time favorite. Not only is the concept remarkable and people love it but the training and support provided are beyond what I would have ever expected. This program gets you out into the community with a purpose. You meet business owners, you help market the businesses, you promote “shop local” and in return you become top of mind to so many people if you keep in touch with them. It’s a wonderful program for me since I do not enjoy sitting at open houses hoping to connect with at least one new person who doesn’t already have a realtor. WOW!! I am beyond amazed with the stellar resources & services of this incredible site....& I am just getting started! The staff is incredibly responsive. Lorna is delightful. Parkbench is a SCAM. They promise you a full refund if you are not satisfied, but then the contract contradicts this promise by requiring certain things prior to there being a refund. Complete bait and switch. They also say that we get a "coach" to assist us for 4-6 weeks of training, but in our case, the coach they assigned us went MIA after the first call and then blamed us for not following up with them. You are a Realtor? What do you need? Leads. I paid $6000 to give myself a job interviewing businesses. But I'm new and have buyers so what am I doing? Spending time with buyers, which means I'm not interviewing businesses. Try spending $6000 with Zillow or Realtor to generate leads, and much much much better investment of your time. And the ADS? OMG My page is filled with Groupon ads. Crazy because Groupon has a huge site so why would you come to mine, which btw I don't have a powerful search engine to drive it to. Save you ... read more
Absolutely awful company. Nothing proprietary, expensive, and make false claims to pressure people to sign up. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and don’t even CONSIDER this business. Take your money literally anywhere else and if parkbench looks cool, follow this formula instead. Get a YouTube account, DM local business owners to interview, interview them and put it on social media and YouTube. That’s parkbench 101 right there. Seriously save the money, these people are NOT the real deal.
ParkBench just ripped me off" What do you like best? Stay away from Parkbench it appears they only exist to separate Realtors from their money. I just made an initial payment a few weeks ago and after reviewing the service and deciding it was not for me could not get a refund. I recommend not doing business with Parkbench at all!
